30 days return policy
Upon receipt of your item please do not hesitate to contact us so that we may resolve any problems immediately. If you have any doubts please ask before you buy. We only accept returns if item is not as stated in listing within 30 days of purchase. In the event that a return is agreed upon we will send you a return label for shipment back. This does not mean we will pay the postage on an item shipped back to us without our authorization. All items are sold as is, where is. No warranties are given or implied other than what is stated in the listing.
You will contact Advanced Tool & Equipment, Corp. within 7 business days of receiving your item(s) indicating dissatisfaction regarding your item(s) and will send your item(s) back to us for evaluation purposes at your expense or ours depending on the circumstances. One of the following actions will then be taken after the item(s) is/are received back to us: 1. Your item(s) will be evaluated for the dissatisfaction and you will be refunded 2. We will exchange your item for another of similar quality if this is acceptable to you 3. We will charge you a 20% re-stocking fee and original shipping charges as well as shipping charges incurred for returning the item (if we agreed to cover return shipping charges) and partially refund you if the claim for dissatisfaction is unwarranted.
