Terms of Sale
Upon receipt of your item please do not hesitate to contact us so that we may resolve any problems immediately. If you have any doubts please ask before you buy. We only accept returns if item is not as stated in listing within 30 days of purchase. All items are sold as is, where is. No warranties are given or implied other than what is stated in the listing. Items must be returned unused in the exact same condition and in the original packaging in which they were received otherwise the return may be denied or you may be charged up to a 40% restocking fee plus shipping charges. Please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable. If you place an order and decide to cancel it, your refund amount will have the credit card processing fee deducted from it.
You must contact Advanced Tool & Equipment, Corp. within 30 business days of purchase indicating dissatisfaction regarding your item(s) and will send your item(s) back to us for evaluation purposes at your expense and risk. This means that items should be properly packed and insured in case they are damaged, lost or stolen during the return process. One of the following actions will then be taken after the item(s) is/are received back to us: 1. Your item(s) will be evaluated for the dissatisfaction and you will be refunded 2. We will exchange your item for another of similar or comparable item 3. We will charge you a 30% re-stocking fee plus original shipping charges as well as shipping charges incurred for returning the item (if we agreed to cover return shipping charges) and only partially refund you if the claim for dissatisfaction is deemed to have been unwarranted and or the item appears to have been used or the merchandise is deemed non-defective.
Please allow Advanced Tool & Equipment, Corp. to try to fix the problem before initiating a charge back with your credit card company.
The buyer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to Advanced Tool & Equipment, Corp. A reputable carriers should be used capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. The buyer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. The buyer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, un-used, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided with the product at the time of sale.
Claims for shortages or inaccurate filling of orders must be made within 1 day after receipt of goods by the buyer.
For damage during shipment it is the buyer’s responsibility to file any loss or damage claims with the freight carrier. Advanced Tool & Equipment, Corp. recommends that buyer inspect all shipments for damage upon receipt. If any damage is noticed with packaging or carton, The buyer should not sign for or accept it without the driver making a notation on the freight bill or receipt. After receiving the shipment, The buyer should remove the goods and thoroughly inspect immediately and if any concealed damage is discovered, notify the delivering carrier and follow their instructions carefully so as to protect its rights. The buyer should typically not move damaged products or the carton and packing material until inspection by the carrier. Failure to do so would void eligibility to file an insurance claim with the carrier.
Items posted in the Heavy Equipment section of the website do not qualify for returns at all under no circumstance whatsoever and are sold as-is where is at the time of purchase with no guarantee or warranty given or implied. It is the customers responsibility to inspect and test any Heavy Equipment item before purchase. Buyer assumes any and all risk in the transportation and shipping of any item in the Heavy Equipment category.
Canceled layaway items will only be eligible for a 70% refund of the total amount paid towards the total balance due. This is due to the fact that said items were held and not sold to other prospective buyers during the layaway time period.
Any items considered “Hurricane or Emergency Supplies” sold 14 days before or after a named storm makes landfall or a state of emergency has been declared, may not be returned under any circumstances and are sold as-is at the time of purchase with no warranties given or implied. These items such as, but not limited to; Chainsaws, Generators, Blades, Weatherproof Cases, Coolers, Safety Gear, Straps or Chains, Batteries, Power Tools or Power Equipment are not eligible for returns.

I acknowledge and agree that the Radiodetection / Sensors & Software products offered on this website are authorized for use only within the Caribbean and designated Latin American territories, as defined by the manufacturer.
I represent and warrant that the products purchased are intended for use in, and will remain within an authorized territory. I understand that orders placed outside the authorized territory may be cancelled, refused, or reassigned at the seller’s discretion.
2. Buyer Representation & Warranty
Buyer Representation Regarding Territory
By placing an order, Buyer represents, warrants, and certifies that:
(a) Buyer is purchasing the products for use solely within the authorized sales territory;
(b) Buyer is not acting as a reseller for delivery or use outside the authorized territory; and
(c) Buyer has not been solicited, marketed to, or encouraged by Seller to purchase products for use outside the authorized territory.
3. Assumption of Risk & Indemnification

Buyer assumes all responsibility and risk if any product purchased is delivered to, transferred to, or used in a territory outside the authorized sales territory.
Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seller from any claims, losses, damages, penalties, chargebacks, manufacturer claims, distributor disputes, or risk of distribution rights arising out of or related to Buyer’s breach of territorial restrictions.
4. Seller’s Right to Cancel, Reassign, or Redirect Orders

Seller reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
• cancel any order that appears to violate territorial restrictions;
• delay shipment pending verification of delivery location or end use;
• reassign the order to an authorized distributor in the applicable territory; or
• refund the order in full without further obligation minus any non-refundable credit card fees.
5. Warranty & Support Limitation

Products delivered to or used outside the authorized territory may be ineligible for manufacturer warranty, service, training, or technical support. Seller makes no representations regarding warranty coverage outside the authorized territory.
6. No Reliance / No Waiver Clause
No Waiver
Seller’s acceptance, processing, or shipment of an order shall not constitute a waiver of territorial restrictions or a modification of Seller’s distribution obligations. Buyer may not rely on Seller’s performance as authorization for out-of-territory use.
